TEAM Type B Welded Sleeve Repairs

TEAM’s range of Type B welded sleeve repairs provides a simple and reliable ordering system that covers various sleeve lengths and configurations.
These welded pipeline sleeves are designed and manufactured to the following standards and specifications:

• Materials with 50, 52, 65, and 70 ksi yield stress
• Lengths up to 10 ft
  • (For ¾” thick and above, available up to 5 ft)
• Wide range of standard thicknesses
• 16 ga backing strips
• Optional milled groove to accept backing strips
• 30° longitudinal bevel
• Flat end faces

Ordering & Design Assistance

TEAM’s welded pipeline sleeves can be ordered directly if the required sleeve wall thickness is known.
If not, TEAM’s standard rating tables can be used to evaluate the required thickness (tables available at the back of the catalog).

Turn-Key Installation Capabilities

TEAM provides integrated in-house capabilities to perform turn-key installation of welded sleeves, including:

• In-service welding
• Non-destructive testing (NDT)
